I have used other Plantronics Bluetooth units, before, with less than stellar results: Never loud enough; Falling out of or mispositioned in my ear; Poor sound quality incoming and outgoing. And finally, losing the little devils. But that has changed with the 104 headset. The headset is comfortable and the sound is FANTASTIC. I primarily use mine while driving and the noise-cancelling feature really works. It can be louder than I would want and my contacts tell me how much clearer / better I sound. No more asking people to repeat what they said because I missed a syllable. The controls are very easy to use, once you figure out the instruction booklet. Actually, I learned more on YouTube than I did from it. I should have purchased this when it was first introduced.
I use the head set at my desk, it is larger than what I am use to, but everyone I talk to is impressed with the quality of the sound and clarity!!
Bought this purely to replace the warped on my working headset. Perfect for what I needed as plantronics will not sell them for this headset.
