User reviews
i bought the less expensive one thinking i got a deal. deal was there wasnt a hard drive included.(which was stated..missed that part) bought a 2TB for the same price as if i got the 1TB. so it worked out better for me. very impressed with the cameras. night vision is good also. a couple of the antenna nuts were loose on the inside. no big deal as i tinker with stuff any way. still learning how to manage it as far as looking at it mobile and on PC. it is wireless to the unit however the cams need to be plugged in. cut and spliced longer leads on the 12v side.. very happy with it for the $$ spent.
Great item, included mouse did not work, rest worked great but the instructions for how to use the product is not very good. Took me a while to figure out how to record and save files to usb. Etc.
I own another video surveillance system from another maker which offers 2K capability. When I bought it about a year ago it was a bit pricey and the coverage is activated by motion sensors in the cameras, which need to be adjusted for sensitivity, unlike ANRAN which is 4K monitoring in real time, one can actually see what's happening in the target areas. The less expensive item has an option for one to install one's own hard drive, in order to be able to utilize the recording feature of the system.
