Wink Z-Wave Motion Sensor compatible w/ SmartThings – WNK-MOT1 Wink

★★★★★ Great Motion Sensor, works with SmartThings if added correctly. You must search for z-wave motion sensor when adding, adding it the normal way it’s detected as a contact switch and does nothing. You can log onto the SmartThings device list and change it to a motion sensor if you added it by hitting +, but using the search method is easier. This motion sensor is very responsive and quick, it also senses light levels. It works much better than other sensors and I love the magnetic mount. Battery lasts forever. I have Had one over a year, used with Wink before I switched to SmartThings. So many better options on SmartThings, I bought 4 more. Using to control lights, light stays on as long as there is motion in the room, turns off if no motion for a specified amount of time. Lights turn on in less than a second! Highly recommend this motion sensor.

★★★☆☆ Works okay with smart things. The mount is absolutely terrible. It uses a magnetic attachment and is prone to detach from the magnetic base and fall. Mounting possibilities are very restricted due to the limited angle of operation.
